Rules: Users who register a DexBot account through an inviter's referral link and engage in trading will allow the inviter to receive 30% of the user's trading fees.

Explanation:

1. The referral relationship is bound to the Telegram account. If you change your wallet address, it will not affect your referral relationship.

2. To claim the promotion rewards, your wallet address must hold a minimum of 10,000 $DEXBOT tokens.

3. Users need to claim the rewards manually when eligible.

4. Promotion rewards can only be claimed when the Claimable Rewards amount is more than 0.1 ETH.
